KS Services is hiring a full-time Concierge for a residential building. Customer service experience required; hospitality preferred.

Duties include greeting and assisting residents, logging packages, logging visitors and service providers, monitoring cameras, answering phones, and keeping the lobby presentable.
We want someone friendly, organized, and dependable who can juggle several tasks at once and work independently. Good computer and communication skills required.
