PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

POSITION SUMMARY
The organization seeks an advanced practice clinician to support an outpatient gastroenterology service. The role involves managing a panel of patients with liver related conditions in coordination with physicians, providing direct patient care within a clinic based schedule, and working with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with complex medical needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in gastroenterology, internal medicine, or other medical specialties preferred
• Ability to provide outpatient care for medically complex patients
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Skill in working within a structured clinic schedule
• Strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage liver related conditions in partnership with supervising physicians
• Skill in evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting
• Capacity to coordinate care with specialty pharmacy resources
• Proficiency in collaborating with radiology, surgery, and medical subspecialties
• Commitment to patient centered care within The Department

Work Environment: Clinic/Private Practice; Outpatient
