POSITION SUMMARY
The organization seeks an advanced practice clinician to support an occupational medicine service within an outpatient setting. The role involves partnering with clinic staff to deliver coordinated care, performing employment related evaluations, and managing work related injuries while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience as an advanced practice clinician preferred
• Experience in multispecialty clinic environments beneficial
• Ability to provide outpatient care for occupational health needs
• Strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational staff
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in performing pre employment screenings and related evaluations
• Ability to assess and manage work related injuries
• Proficiency in outpatient clinical workflows
• Capacity to work within a multidisciplinary clinic team
• Commitment to patient centered care within The Department
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Clinic/Private Practice; Outpatient
• Outpatient occupational medicine clinic with multidisciplinary staffing
• Collaboration with advanced practice clinicians, medical assistants, and front office personnel
• Use of industry standard EMR and modern diagnostic tools
• Structured daytime schedule with no call requirements
• Support from broader medical and surgical specialties
