GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / Role / Full P&L Responsibility including sales team)
(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)
Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)
Position responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility
- Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
- Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
- Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
- Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
- Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
- Full P&L experience
- Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
