CDL-A Drivers Fontana / SoCal Intermodal Company, Lease-to-Own & Owner Operators Home Daily!

Intermodal Shippers Group Inc (ISG) is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our Fontana, California terminal. We run intermodal / container work in Southern California (rail ramps, local and regional lanes) and need professional drivers who prioritize safety and reliability. Home daily.

Company Employee Drivers:

• $28/hour (approximately $1,400/week gross based on typical hours)
• Incentive bonuses
• Benefits package
• Local/regional intermodal runs with strong home time

Lease-to-Own Drivers:

• Keep 80% of revenue
• Truck lease, insurance, fuel and operating costs deducted
• Clear path to own the vehicle
• Steady intermodal freight under ISG authority

Owner-Operators:

• Keep 80% of the total amount invoiced to the customer
• Bring your own equipment and run under our authority
• Consistent intermodal opportunities

Requirements (all positions):

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR, solid safety record, current medical card, ability to meet DOT standards.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable Class A experience preferred.
• We screen carefully because safety protects everyone and keeps costs controlled.
• Bilingual support available.
