What You'll Do
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Month-end close and financial reporting
• Inventory reconciliation
• Vendor management
• Collections and payment plans
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Build dashboards and reports
• Improve accounting processes using automation and AI
• Assist leadership with financial decisions
What We're Looking For
You don't need 20 years of experience-we'd rather hire someone motivated to learn.
• 1-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Comfortable with Excel and technology
• Quick learner
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership
• Wants to grow into leadership
